Holocaust Memorial Day at Kiryat Shaul Cemetery 2011
In September 2011, we gathered in the cemetery in Kiryat Shaul to mark Holocaust Remembrance Day with the participation of the survivors, members of the Association of Vilna and the vicinity, soldiers of the Navy vessel unit and youth members of the Scout movement. The chairman of the union, Michael Shemyavitz, spoke, Hannah Shilo, a member of the culture committee, read Shoshana Rabinowitz's poetry, Dr. Aharon Einat, a member of the board and a survivor himself, read names from one address in the Vilna ghetto, and Rabbi Shaul Farber delivered a prayer. Led the ceremony Simcha Ben Shaul, member of the management and survivor himself.
